Avalanche is a militant organization dedicated to protecting the planet. They are vehemently opposed to the Shinra Electric Power Company’s mako consumption, which the group contests is destroying the planet.

Avalanche has several members, including a couple of FINAL FANTASY VII’s main characters!
Barret Wallace―the leader of Avalanche’s Midgar cell―is brash and short-tempered, but passionate about his beliefs and his comrades’ safety.
Tifa Lockhart is a childhood friend of FFVII’s main character, Cloud Strife, and a member of Avalanche. Don’t let her cute looks fool you―her punches pack a wallop!
Biggs takes Avalanche’s mission very seriously, but he tends to butt heads with Barret over his occasionally reckless methods.
Wedge is a kind, gentle person and joined Avalanche to fight for the future of the planet, despite his peace-loving nature.
Jessie is Avalanche’s go-to tech whiz: hacking, faking IDs―you name it, she does it!
This cell of Avalanche is based out of a secret underground room in Seventh Heaven, a bar run by Tifa in the Sector 7 undercity.
