FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker releases on December 7, and Hydaelyn and Zodiark’s tale told through the stars and fates will finally see its conclusion!

On that note, we’d like to take this as a chance to introduce some characters who fight alongside FFXIV’s “Warriors of Light,” the members of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. They’re a wonderful cast of characters, and we’re sure you’ll want to join them on their adventure!

Who are the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, you say?
A secret society devoted to serving the realm, they gave sage counsel to the leaders of Eorzea through unofficial channels. After their desperate struggle against the XIVth Imperial Legion, they stepped out from the shadows, and continue to work for the betterment of Eorzea.

We’re starting this final entry with our ninth member, the keeper of the Scions’ coin, Tataru!

Tataru Taru

A Lalafell woman of twenty-one summers born into a wealthy merchant family. Her time in luxury’s lap was not long, however, for her father lost the family’s wealth after a series of poor investments when Tataru was but a child. To help support her kin, Tataru took an apprenticeship at a jeweler’s at the age of twelve. It was during this apprenticeship that she met Minfilia who, after founding the Path of the Twelve, returned to ask Tataru to join her as coincounter. Believing that through this position she might help prevent others from meeting the same fate as her family, Tataru enthusiastically agreed. She eventually came to serve as the Scions’ treasurer.

At her first meeting with the Warriors of Light, she shows her singing abilities!

There are points in the adventure where she even sports this kind of attire.

Joining with Krile, who will be introduced next, Tataru makes a team that can handle any case – they even help find a missing person!

And now our tenth and final member, the charming representative of the Students of Baldesion, Krile!

Krile Baldesion

A Lalafell woman of twenty-two years old, raised in the orphanage of the famed Archon Galuf Baldesion. She possesses the Echo, giving her a sensitivity to the whispers of the soul, and is a member of her adoptive father’s research organization, the Students of Baldesion.

Krile was Alphinaud’s senior at the Studium.

In her activities with the Students of Baldesion, she goes to investigate The Forbidden Land, Eureka.
