Son of the reigning monarch of the Kingdom of Lucis, Regis Lucis Caelum, and 114th heir in the lineage to the crown. He was chosen by the Crystal as the future king, destined to battle the darkness that threatens the world. In a peace treaty with the Empire of Niflheim, Noctis and the Oracle, Lady Lunafreya, will wed, and the game begins as he departs on his journey with his three closest companions to attend his wedding ceremony.
