FINAL FANTASY III

Leviathan first appeared as a boss and dungeon in FFII, but Leviathan’s Tidal Wave got its start in FFIII! When summoned, Leviathan appears on the battlefield and sends forth a wave of water, dealing a flood of damage to the entire enemy party.

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE

In FFVII REMAKE, Tidal Wave is the ultimate attack Leviathan uses right before it flies away from the battlefield. The sea serpent dives down, then leaps back up, sending out a barrage of waves that damage everything in their wake.

It would take a truly brave surfer to try conquering these waves!
